Strategically located close to the Vila Madalena subway, the studio has access to several conveniences in the region, ideal for those who want to explore the city while working.

- There are no child protection screens in the studio, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the location.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. In the same environment, we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, among others. Next, we have a dining table or home office with a chair.

The balcony is integrated into the studio, with an armchair, blackout curtains and glass windows for greater security, as well as a view of the condominium pool.

We also have a bathroom with gas shower, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including the leisure area with heated swimming pool, gym and bike rack.
