Chalet with barbecue and pool near the beach

Located 650m from Martim de Sá beach in Caraguatatuba, our space is part of a condominium in which there are other chalets, and is ideal for those who want to spend quality time with their family.

Our chalet is around 80m2 and accommodates up to 8 people in 2 suites. There is also a shared pool on the property that can be used by all condominium units.

- ATTENTION: The Villagio swimming pool is currently closed.

- We accept pets, upon prior consultation (check the rules).

- The place is safe, has security cameras and an electric fence on the walls.

- There is a caretaker resident in the condominium who can resolve queries during your stay.

Upon entering the chalet, on the ground floor, our guests will find a living room with benches, a 32-inch television and a ceiling fan. Integrated into it, we have a dining room and a complete kitchen containing all the utensils necessary for the stay. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.

For greater convenience, behind the chalet, we offer an outdoor area with a private barbecue with table, chairs and a washing tank.

On the first floor of the chalet, going up the stairs, there are two suites, one with two bunk beds and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both have a ceiling fan.

If you need to work from home on the beach, we have WI-FI with fiber internet.

There is a swimming pool in the common area of ​​the condominium, which is shared with the other chalets.

For the Superior Chalet we provide 2 parking spaces.

Guests will have free access to the entire property. All chalets have stairs from the living room to the bedrooms, therefore it is not recommended for those with reduced mobility.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
