It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

The studio's atmosphere is open-concept and sleeps up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with necessary utensils for the stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office, SMART TV and Dolce Gusto coffee maker, but it is necessary to bring the capsules themselves. It is possible to buy them at the convenience store of the condominium that is on the ground floor within the coworking.

- The guest will have access to the leisure facilities of the condominium such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the ballroom.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete trousseau will be offered per stay. If you want to change the trousseau and towels during your stay, it must be hired separately).

- If you want extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (amounts separate).


- We don't have spaces in the garage. However, you can park your vehicle on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.

- A security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events, if there is none, there will be no extra charges.

Alles in allem hatte ich einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und konnte alle Sachen wie Wäsche waschen oder den Fitnessraum einwandfrei nutzen. Vielleicht wäre noch ein zwei Pfannen mehr ganz geschickt gewesen, aber sonst war alles super. Vielen Dank noch mal für die kurzfristige Buchung.
