The studio environment is open concept and accommodates up to 3 people in a queen bed and a sofa bed.
In the same space we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooktop stove, sandwich maker, among others, as well as a support bench with stools. The studio also has a rotating Smart TV, which can be used for both the bed and the sofa bed. It also has a bathroom with gas shower, closets and a balcony with table and chairs, as well as views of Ibirapuera Park.
We also have air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.
We provide 1 unmarked parking space inside the building.
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym, market and reading room.

Estadia excelente, apartamento exatamente como descrito e como nas fotos.
O destaque vai para o sofá, e o ambiente cama > TV > sofá. Para descansar e relaxar é perfeito.

I spent several days at this location due to surgery. While I was at the Vila Nova Star Hospital, my husband could walk back (2 blocks) to rest and when I was released, the place was quiet and comfortable for my recovery. I had to extend my stay and they were very friendly and adjusted the dates.
The place is beautiful and super clean, which was important as I didn't want to get any infection after surgery.
The location is prime, there are many restaurants within walkable distance, and the neighborhood seemed safe. On top of that, they offered parking, which saved us a lot of money.
If I ever need to stay in that area again, this studio will be my first choice.

The Location is very nice and the apartment was amazing. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. We love the convenience of having a store right in the building also. It made it super convenient to get things we needed without leaving the building.
The Gym was awesome also.
