In the common environment, we have a lobby that can be used as space for home office, toilet, kitchen and laundry.

We are close to Ibirapuera Park and about 20 minutes walk from Ana Rosa and Paraíso stations.

Access through the central door is through electronic lock and all suites also have individual electronic lock. In addition, the site has a security system with cameras in the common areas.

The property has 140m² with 6 suites that share a common area (kitchen, laundry room and lobby).

We offer a microfiber blanket and a hairdryer.

Our 13.75m² suite comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

The air-conditioned room features a minibar, a wardrobe, a desk with a home office chair, and a bathroom with an electric shower.

There is a balcony that goes to the street, to the benefit of the external environment.

The communal kitchen is on the same floor as the suites and is shared among the 6 units. It contains all the necessary utensils for a practical stay and features individual lockers with key, where each suite has access to yours.

Next to the kitchen, we have a laundry room with lava machine and dry. There is also a lobby with tables and chairs and a toilet.

We do not have a parking space, but guests can stop at the paid parking lot in front of the premises.

There is a steep staircase right at the entrance of the "coliving", so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The Agency Meu Anfitrião manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality. We will be available remotely throughout the stay.
