Luís Antônio, 23 de Maio and 9 de Julho, with easy access to different regions of the city. Close to several restaurants, such as the famous Famiglia Mancini.


- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room with washer, dryer and tank (prices separately). In the same space, there is a waiting room with a TV and an outdoor garden.

- There are no child protection screens in the studio, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the location.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, water filter, Nespresso Vertuo Pop coffee maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, among others. It also has a bathroom with a high-pressure gas shower.

We have a dining table, a space for a home office, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV with Fire Stick, Home Theater and Alexa system with automations prepared to manage TV, air conditioning and sound in the rooms (bedroom, balcony, kitchen and bathroom).

The balcony has a glass door with blackout curtains that separate the spaces. It has a cooktop stove with 2 burners and an oven, allowing guests to cook without leaving odors inside the apartment. The balcony has a glass enclosure and a view from the tenth floor to observe the city.

We provide 1 internal parking space, marked and easy to park.


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: lobby, swimming pool, gym, spa with sauna, rest room and massage room, bike rack, TV room and coworking space with two private rooms. They will not have access to the party room and barbecue area.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Though I had a couple of days wihtout Wife during the weekend we arrived the issue was fixed right away during the monday and we got compensated for the disturvance. The room is great and you could not be more central with easy access to transport. Many shops, convenience stores and some really nice cafes!

Ótima estadia, localização a melhor que fiquei até hoje em são paulo, muito seguro, não tem bagunça, tem 2 mercados e 2 panificadoras perto. O apartamento é muito bom, bem mobiliado um ponto positivo é o chuveiro que a ducha é muito forte e esquenta bem. Um único detalhe é a cafeteira que é das novas e quando fui fazer um café pra mim a capsula que deixam de cortesia nao serve na cafeteira. Mais nao foi um empecilho pois tem cafeteira elétrica também. De resto foi tudo positivo.

O apartamento é exatamente como as fotos! O fato de ter vaga de garagem foi muito útil para mim e é uma vaga espaçosa sem carros ao lado, a entrada da garagem é estreita mas mesmo com uma rampage (carro grande) não tive problemas.

O studio foi uma ótima surpresa para mim. Precisei em cima da hora e a equipe conseguiu me acolher com agilidade para o mesmo dia. Adorei o chuveiro é muito bom e a cama bem confortável, estava tudo limpo, cozinha completa, bem localizado e com vaga de garagem. Lazer do condomínio é muito bom, equipe do prédio prestativa.
