Strategically located close to Av. Paulista, Rua Oscar Freire and the Trianon-MASP subway, it is possible to access different regions of the city or explore the region.


- There are no child protection screens in the studio, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety in the location.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- We offer 1 portable crib. If you wish to use it, request extra bed linen from our team (prices separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply).


Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a room with a double bed.

The balcony is integrated into the studio with a chair for relaxing, and as we are on the 16th floor, we have a privileged view of the city. In the same environment, we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, microwave, cooktop stove, Nespresso coffee maker, among others. It also has a bathroom with a gas shower.

We also have a table for meals or home office, hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed WI-FI and Smart TV.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym, bike rack and minimarket. You will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Lo ame! Sin dudas volvería . Las vistas, el clima, tenía todo disponible en mi edificio y buenos locales muy cerca, supermercados, restaurantes, zona tranquila y segura. El anfitrión es una estrella , da rosas las instrucciones y ofrece su servicio.

Excelente apto, localização de fácil acesso a qualquer região da cidade inclusive ao aeroporto. Banheiro excelente, ducha com ótima potência, cama e travesseiros ótimos. Cafeteria nespresso com cápsulas de cortesia ganharam meu coração. Pequenos detalhes que fazem grande diferença. Com certeza ficarei lá mais vezes.
