We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (fees apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, coworking space and gym. You will not be able to use the party room.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

O apartamento estava limpo e organizado. A cozinha era bem equipada (taças, talheres, filtro, máquina de café, detergente e esponja). O banheiro estava limpo, o chuveiro era bem quente e com boa vazão, só não há lugar para colocar o shampoo e o sabonete. A localização é excelente e o check in fácil e rápido. Voltarei com certeza!

Apartamento incrível, muito bem decorado. Perfeito pra fotos de fazer inveja aos amigos, e muito espaçoso também. A cama é um pooouco durinha (creio que seja ortopédica), mas é incrivelmente confortável. A estrela desse apto é a ducha, nossa que chuveiro incrível! A localização é boa, fácil de chegar e de se locomover, zona muito boa. A portaria é muito prática depois que você faz o cadastro, muito cômodo. Único ponto negativo que eu vi é a falta de uma ducha higiênica, é um prédio novinho, esperava que tivesse por praticidade. Recomendo e voltaria

Estadia muito agradável. Excelente localização e fácil acesso fora a ambiência do entorno, sendo a rua bastante segura. Tudo muito aconchegante. Sugeriria melhorarem os travesseiros, apenas, assim como o chuveiro que não rotaciona. Quando aumentada a vasão do chuveiro, pelo fato do box ser pequeno ficamos muito afrente colidindo com os braços no vidro. Fora isso, tudo excelente. Obrigada
