Strategically positioned on Av. Rebouças, just a few meters from Oscar Freire station (Line 4-Yellow), it is possible to access various points in the city or explore the region's conveniences.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

- There are no child protection screens in the studio.

The studio is modern and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment, we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, Nespresso coffee maker, among others. It also has a bathroom with a gas shower.
