Located in a residential condominium with 24-hour in person concierge, garden and large living space, our 28m² apartment accommodates up to 3 people in one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and has a beautiful view of Burle Marx Park. It is an ideal option for those looking for a stay without leaving their work routine.

We are close to Av. das Nações Unidas, Parque Burle Marx and Shopping Morumbi.


- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- There are no child protection screens in the studio.

- Access to the entrance hall is via stairs, therefore, it is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.


The apartment accommodates up to 3 people, two in a double bed in the bedroom with fan and one on a sofa bed in the living room.

Upon entering the apartment, we have a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, blender, sandwich maker, among others. It also has a bathroom with an electric shower.

In the living room, we have a Smart TV and sofa bed. A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces, and there is a glass table with chairs, as well as a privileged view of the Pinheiros River and Avenida Marginal Pinheiros.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).


Guests will have access to the entrance hall, which has a garden and playground. You will not have access to the party room and other condominium facilities.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Na tentativa de ajudar outros hóspedes: O Anfitrião sempre a disposição, qualquer dúvida será respondida rapidamente, isso trás tranquilidade. Apartamento impecável na limpeza. Móveis e todo acabamento moderno. Apartamento para 3 pessoas pode ficar pequeno. Excelente para o que se propõe. Apartamento pequeno, aconchegante, com muito conforto. A água do filtro não tinha bom gosto, apesar de ser um filtro novo. Deve ser a água da região. Prédio super seguro. Pelo condomínio ocupar grande parte da rua e ser super iluminado e amplo na frente, o carro dormiu TRANQUILAMENTE na rua… Deixei com confiança quando conheci o local apesar de ser um carro novo. Tem opção de estacionamento mas a rua me convenceu pela aparência de segurança. Único ponto super negativo é não ter cortina na sala e o sol da manhã pegar de frente. Fora isso, excelente opção. Segurança, Conforto e tranquilidade de ter uma agência anfitriã tirando todas as dúvidas. Não gostei do check in as 16:00. Porém isso vai de cada um.

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, lindo demais, super novinho, todo reformado, arejado, muito aconchegante e tudo funcionando conforme descrito no anuncio. O ventilador de teto do quarto deixa o ambiente super fresquinho, as janelas isolam o barulho da rua, a vista e a iluminação são excelentes. O check-in foi flexível e a minha estadia foi perfeita!
