Located in the Residencial Ecológico Parque da Mantiqueira condominium, our beautiful and modern house is surrounded by greenery and sleeps up to 12 people in luxury and comfort.

Signed by the famous architect Gui Paoliello, the house was divided into blocks with large glass windows that bring a feeling of immersion in nature. In addition, its infrastructure is complete with a pool, hot tub, 6 suites, home office space, balconies with mountain views, gourmet area and much more.

For the operation of the property, the house has the service of 5 employees included in the daily rate: 2 housekeepers, 1 cook, 1 kitchen assistant and 1 gardener. We offer our guests a diverse menu with the best mantiqueira experiences.

We only accept up to 4 visitors who do not stay overnight. With 4 visitors it is necessary to hire an extra employee.

The house has a room for employees with a twin bed and a bathroom.

We offer Trousseau trousseau (bedding, bath and pool towels), blankets, pillows.

Vila Pinhal has 731m2 and is located on a plot of 4,600 m2. It is a concept house divided into blocks, all very modern and airy. The decoration was signed by Architect Ana Cruz, the same one who took care of the Hotel Six Senses Botanique.

In total, there are 6 suites, being: a master with 1 super king bed and heating, two with 1 king size bed each (or two separate twins), one with 2 widow beds and the other two with 1 queen size bed each. Including the suites, there are a total of 9 bathrooms with a gas-heated shower and two of them have a bathtub.

The leisure area is impeccable, providing guests with a complete experience. It has a swimming pool, deck with sun loungers, dry sauna, hot tub, gourmet area with barbecue and pizza oven, in addition to a hanging garden with vegetable garden and orchard. It also has a living room with fireplace, a cinema room, a living room with heating between two suites and a dining room for 10 people.

The kitchen is modern, has an island in the center and has all the necessary utensils for your stay.

Residencial Ecológico Parque da Mantiqueira is located in the Rio Preto neighborhood, in the rural area of Santo Antônio do Pinhal. The place is quiet and surrounded by a lot of nature, being ideal for rest days and family walks. There are many waterfalls near the main entrance of the house. Tracks range from beginner to advanced level.

Vila Pinhal is about 20 minutes from the center of Santo Antônio do Pinhal, which has several leisure options and well-regarded restaurants. We are exactly halfway between Sul de Minas (Gonçalves - 45 minutes) and Campos do Jordão (Capivari - 40 minutes).

The way to reach the house is by paved and signposted road. There are no mistakes or risks for those who do not know the region, and it is even possible to arrive at night without any major problems. The region is very popular with cyclists, beautiful relatively safe roads at the door of the condominium. There is no way to get around without a car in the region.
