Located in a luxury condominium in Ilhabela, our 1200m2 house accommodates 12 people in 6 suites.

The space is large, modern, well decorated and has several amenities such as an infinity pool overlooking the sea, an outdoor area with gourmet space, garden and gym.

We are just a few minutes from Santa Teresa beach and 1km from the village.

We provide bed linen, bath towels, pool towels and blankets.

It is necessary to hire our housekeeper to help during the stay (amounts aside).

After parking in the garage, to reach the house you will need to take a private funicular.

Once inside the house, the guest will have access to the first floor, which consists of a spacious living room with sofas, armchairs, Smart TV, integrated into a dining room with table and chairs. The decor is impeccable, bringing a lot of comfort and sophistication to the environments.

On this floor there is also a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils for the stay, as well as a toilet and a suite with two single beds.

From the living room, it is possible to access the outdoor area, which has a heated infinity pool, sun loungers and a gourmet space with a barbecue and pizza oven.

Upstairs are the other suites, 4 with a double bed each and 1 with 2 single beds. All rooms have air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the sea.

We have a complete indoor gym, as well as desks and WI-FI for a home office on the beach.

We have 3 parking spaces.

The house has stairs, so we do not recommend it for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

As we are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north. In addition, we are close to the Yatch Club and Santa Teresa Beach.

Praia de Santa Teresa is quiet and familiar. It is next to the famous center of Ilhabela, with a lot of culture, gastronomy and historical buildings.

As the house is at the top of a slope, it is recommended to use a car to access it.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules.

- Visits are not allowed

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.
