The building is positioned in a strategic location, close to the Campo Belo subway and Shopping Ibirapuera, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- The studio does not have child protection screens, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the place.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

Our studio accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed.

The place is quite spacious. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, among others, as well as a dining table with 3 chairs.

In the same environment, we have the living room, which has a sofa bed and Smart TV. In the bedroom space we have a double bed, as well as closets and a table with chairs for a home office. The balcony connects the living room and the bedroom, and is closed by glass windows and blackout curtains, in addition to having a privileged view of the city, as we are on the 11th floor.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, hot and cold air conditioning and a bathroom with electric shower.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as: gym, swimming pool, minimarket and coworking space. You will not have access to the party room.
