Located in a condominium with coworking space, minimarket and 24-hour in person concierge, our 29m² studio accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed, making it ideal for those looking for a good location and discovering more of the city while working.

The building is positioned close to Ibirapuera Park and a few minutes from Moema station (Line 5 - Lilac), as well as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and other needs that the guest may have during their stay.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- There is work on another building in front of the building. On weekdays, noises of up to 85dB can occur from 7am to 7pm, while noises of up to 59dB can occur from 7pm to 7am. On weekends and holidays, noises of up to 85dB can occur from 8am to 2pm, while noises of up to 59dB can occur from 2pm to 8am.

Our studio is well lit and accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, among others. In the same space, we have a German corner table with dining chairs.

A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. In addition to being covered, the balcony can be closed with blackout curtains, ensuring greater comfort. The bed area can also be closed by curtains for greater privacy.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with electric shower, accessible for disabled guests.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will only have access to the bike rack, coworking space, common area in front of the entrance and 24-hour convenience store. Areas such as the gym and laundry can only be accessed by residents.
