Located in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge, our 27m² studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, making it an ideal option for those looking for a stay in the Campo Belo neighborhood.

The building is positioned in a strategic location, close to the Campo Belo subway and Shopping Ibirapuera, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, air fryer, among others. In the same space, we have a table with chairs for meals or home office.

A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. In addition to being covered, the balcony can be closed with blackout curtains, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning and a bathroom with electric shower.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).
