Located in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge, our 25m² studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, in one of the most desirable regions of São Paulo.

Located next to the Brooklin subway (Line 5-Lilac), the studio is ideal for those looking for various amenities and to discover more of the city while working.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).

Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, water filter, among others. In the same space, we have a table with chairs for meals or home office.

A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. In addition to being covered, the balcony can be closed with blackout curtains, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning and a bathroom with gas shower.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities such as: swimming pool, gym, games room, rooftop and coworking space. You will not be able to use the party room.
