Located in the high standard Costa Verde da Tabatinga Condominium, in Caraguatatuba, our 480m2 house accommodates 15 people in 5 suites. We have an outdoor area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, large garden and gourmet balcony.

In addition, the condominium in which the house is located has leisure infrastructure and complete security, with amenities such as a 24-hour emergency room, bars and restaurants, sports and tennis courts, playground and gym.

The house provides a speedboat for those who want to go on tours (contract separately).

Due to the size and complexity of the house, it is necessary to hire our reliable housekeeper to support you during your stay (prices aside)

There are no child protection screens.

We do not provide bed linen and bath towels.

Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to an integrated environment: living room, TV and dining room. Next to it, there is a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for the stay. On this ground floor we also have a laundry room, toilet and two suites.

The outdoor area is the highlight of the house and has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, spacious garden, sun loungers and a gourmet balcony with barbecue, pizza oven, tables and sofas.

Going up the stairs to the second floor, there is a second TV room and the other three suites, one of them with a balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

The guest will have access to the entire area of ​​the condominium.

Two of the five suites are on the ground floor, therefore, they are accessible.
