Our 40m² apartment, located in a condominium with gym, coworking space and 24-hour in person concierge, accommodates up to 4 people in a double bed and a double sofa bed.

Located close to Allianz Parque, home to various concerts and football games, the apartment is ideal for those who want to enjoy cultural events or get to know the region while working.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium does not have a laundry room. It is possible to use a laundry nearby (charges apply).

Our apartment is well decorated and accommodates up to 4 people. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as microwave, pans, refrigerator, cooktop, among others.

In the same space, we have a living room with a Smart TV, double sofa bed and table with chairs for meals or home office. The balcony is covered and has a glass door, blackout curtains and a lounge chair. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and blinds on the windows, which can also be closed for greater comfort.

We also have high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with gas shower, hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as: gym, games room and coworking space. You will not have access to the party room.
