Located in a condominium with a gym, coworking space and 24-hour in person concierge, we accommodate up to 4 people in a double bed and a double sofa bed, in a spacious 40m² apartment.

The building is positioned in a strategic location, 400m from Allianz Parque, making it ideal for concerts, football matches and other events at the stadium or for those who want to get to know the region while working.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium does not have a laundry room. It is possible to use a laundry nearby (charges apply).

Our apartment accommodates up to 4 people comfortably. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, among others.

In the living room, we have a Smart TV, double sofa bed and table with two chairs for dining or home office. The balcony has two lounge chairs, is covered and connects the living room to the bedroom. There is a double bed and closets.

We also have high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with gas shower, as well as blackout curtains and hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's facilities, such as: gym, games room and coworking space. You will not have access to the party room.
