Apartment with garage 100m from the Enseada beach

Located 150m from one of the most desired beaches in Guarujá, Praia da Enseada, our apartment accommodates up to 4 people in a space of 65m², in addition to having a parking space.

We are close to Shopping Enseada, as well as several other amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, markets, bars and kiosks.

- It will be necessary to present a previously printed form at the entrance and collect the apartment keys and the garage door tag. Check-ins are restricted to the following rules: guests can enter from 7am to 10pm, with the exception of 5:20pm to 8:40pm (without staff). Watch guard arrives at 8:40 pm and stays until 5 am, but can only receive guests until 10 pm.

- There are no child protection screens, but the apartment is closed by windows, ensuring greater safety on site.

- We do not provide linen. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets.

- We allow small pets, upon request (prices separately).

- We have two extra mattresses that can accommodate 2 additional guests. Check availability with our team in advance (an additional fee will be charged).

- It is necessary to climb a few steps of stairs to access the house, therefore it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Our apartment accommodates up to 4 people in a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.

Upon entering, guests will have access to the living and dining rooms, which are integrated and equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, window with blinds and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, water filter, oven, airfryer, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker among others. In the same space, we have a service area with a tank and clothesline.

We also have bathrooms with electric showers, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The rooms also have air conditioning.

We provide an unmarked and covered parking space within the condominium.

Guests will have access to the condominium's games room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

We are close to Enseada Beach and Shopping Enseada, making it possible to take advantage of several conveniences in the region while enjoying the beach. We are also close to Acqua Mundo, the largest aquarium in Latin America.

As we are close to several amenities in the surrounding area, it is possible to do several things on foot. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.
