Located in a condominium, our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, in a space of 37m².

We are located close to the Vila Madalena metro, a neighborhood known for its diverse gastronomic options and Beco do Batman, one of the city's best-known tourist attractions.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium offers shared laundry (prices separately and instructions directly on site).

The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, electric coffee maker, oven, microwave, water filter, among others. Next, we have the bed, sofa, a Smart TV and central air conditioning. A balcony with a glass door, blackout curtains and views of the city divides the spaces.

We also have high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with electric shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in front of the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as the bicycle rack. You will not have access to the party room. NOTE: The condominium also has a swimming pool, but it is currently under maintenance.
