Apt with air fryer, Smart TV & rooftop in Brooklin

Our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people in a queen bed and a sofa bed, in a space of 37m².

We are located in the Brooklin neighborhood, a few minutes from the Campo Belo subway station (Line 5 - Lilás) and the various conveniences that the region offers.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- It is necessary to climb a few flights of stairs to access the apartment, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- The condominium offers free shared laundry facilities. You need to bring your own cleaning products to use it.

Upon entering, guests will have access to the balcony, which has a lounge chair. A glass door with shutters separates the balcony from the apartment. In the kitchen, we provide the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, air fryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, sandwich maker, among others. Next, we have the living room, which has a couple sofa bed and Smart TV. In the bedroom, we have a queen bed, air conditioning, closets and curtains.

We also have high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot.

Guests will have access to the building's rooftop, with views of the city.
