Located in a condominium on the Riviera de São Lourenço, our 100m² apartment offers security and practicality, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It has complete infrastructure: swimming pool, sauna, gym, beach service and playground. We accommodate up to 6 people and, if necessary, an additional child in 1 suite and 2 bedrooms.


- We provide bed linen and bath towels.

- The condominium has beach service with chairs and umbrellas.

- We have an extra bunk bed for an additional child in the bunk room (consult our team for feasibility).

- We allow small pets, upon request.


Located in module 2, our apartment accommodates up to 6 people and, if necessary, an additional child in 1 suite and 2 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a bunk bed.

The living room is integrated with the dining room and has a smart TV, sofa and a table for six.

Leaving the living room door, we have a large gourmet balcony with barbecue, table and hammock overlooking the sea.

The kitchen is complete and equipped with all the necessary items for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine. In addition to having a laundry room.

All areas of the house have air conditioning for guests' comfort. And, for those who need to work from home, we offer WI-FI.

We have 2 parking spaces available.


The guest will have access to the entire area of the condominium, which has a heated pool, sauna, gym, playground, cinema room and games room.


Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Located in Module 2 of Riviera de São Lourenço, our condominium has 100m² apartments and offers security and practicality, 150 meters from the beach. It has complete leisure infrastructure: heated pool, games room, sauna, gym, playground and ice machine.

It is just a few meters from Praia de Riviera, close to shopping, restaurants, bars and supermarket.

- No noise and loudspeaker after 10pm is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary from one night or according to condominium rules.

- Forbidden parties, events and bachelor parties.

- Visits are not allowed.

- We accept small pets, on request.

- Smoking only in outdoor areas.

- There are no child protection screens.

- A security deposit of R$ 1.500,00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen circumstances. If there are none, there will be no extra charges.
