Our 30m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed in a condominium with 24-hour in person concierge.

We are strategically located in the Santa Cecília neighborhood, close to the Marechal Deodoro station (Line 3 – Red) and Theatro São Pedro, in addition to the various conveniences around the building.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium does not have a shared laundry room, but we do provide a washer and dryer inside the apartment.

- We have a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional child (upon request, prices separately).

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the living room, with sofa, Smart TV, table for dining or home office and portable air conditioning. Next, we have the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, water filter, hood, among others. Next to the kitchen, we have a laundry area with clothesline and washer and dryer. In the bedroom area, we have a double bed, Smart TV, closets, fan and windows that can be closed for greater comfort and privacy.

We also offer high-speed WI-FI and a bathroom with electric shower.

We do not have parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot.

Guests will have free access to the condominium facilities.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
