Surrounded by greenery, our 164m² house accommodates up to 11 people in four bedrooms. It has a wooded outdoor area, barbecue and pizza oven.

In addition, we are 6 km from Capivari, ideal for those looking for a close contact with nature and far from the center.

- Access to the house is via a steep ramp. Be careful when climbing it with elderly people, children or people with reduced mobility. Despite this, there are two rooms on the ground floor of the house, accessible to these groups.

The house is in an area of ​​Campos do Jordão at 1700m altitude.

As soon as you enter the house, guests will have access to a large, open-concept space that is fully glazed. The space is divided into a living room with TV, armchairs, sofas and fireplace and a dining room with a table for eight people. The dining room is integrated into a kitchen complete with the necessary utensils for the stay. From the living room it is possible to access a glass room with chairs, sofa and views of the forest.

Still on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, including: 2 triple rooms with a double bed and a single bed. On the first floor, there are 2 other bedrooms, including: 1 double bedroom with a queen bed and 1 triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

Next to the garage, we have a gourmet area with barbecue and pizza oven. It is also possible to take a trail to a waterfall and hikes close to the house.

The guest will have access to the entire area of ​​the house. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor of the house, therefore they are accessible for those with reduced mobility. To access the first floor, you need to climb stairs.

The trails can be done on foot. However, as the road is dirt, we recommend using a car to go to the parks.

Given the distance from the house to Capivari, we also recommend using a car to go downtown.
