Located in Perequê, our house is about 500m walking from the beach and is ideal for those looking for tranquility and practicality in Ilhabela.

With 200m2, Casa Flamboiã accommodates up to 8 people in three comfortable suites. Our property has an integrated environment, barbecue, air conditioning and fan in all rooms and deck with jacuzzi.

We are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north region.

- We offer bed linen, bath and blankets. Beach towels are not available.

- The house has stairs, so it is not recommended for children, the old or with reduced mobility.

- We accept pets, subject to prior consultation.

- There is security system with video monitoring on the outside of the property (garage and staircase)

When parking the car, it is necessary to climb a few flights of stairs to get to the house. Upon entering the house, our guests will have access to an integrated space with: living room, living room with Smart TV and cable channels, dining room, American kitchen and barbecue.
