Located in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge, our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a queen-size bed.

We are approximately 2km from Congonhas Airport and Campo Belo station (Line 5 - Lilás) and 1km from Eucaliptos station (Line 5 - Lilás) and Shopping Ibirapuera, in addition to the various conveniences that the Campo Belo neighborhood region has to offer . The condominium is located close to the Brooklin and Moema neighborhoods.

- There are no child protection screens, but the balcony has a guardrail to offer greater security to the place.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with all the utensils necessary for a practical stay, such as an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, oven, among others. In the same room, we have a queen bed, dining table or home office and sofa. Next door, we have a balcony with city views, blackout curtains and soundproof glass door.

We also have a Smart TV, high speed WI-FI, closets, air conditioning, hairdryer and bathroom with gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool (accessible for wheelchair users), gym, coworking space and bicycle rack. You will not have access to the party room.
