It is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, great for a quiet walk with the family. As we are in a great location, it is possible to do many things on foot: from going to the supermarket to going to good restaurants. In addition, there are trails close by that lead to other beaches in the area.

Itaberaba Master House has 450m2 of built area and consists of two houses, being: a main house and an edicule that accommodate, together, up to 17 people in beds.

The main house sleeps up to 13 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. These rooms share 2 bathrooms.

The edicule is at the end of the land next to the barbecue. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodate 2 people in double beds, both with fan. These rooms share 1 bathroom.

The main house's living room is large, comfortable and has integrated environments: dining room, living room with cable TV and table for games.

Upon exiting through the living room door, we have access to an airy balcony with sofas and hammocks.

Our kitchen contains all the necessary utensils for the stay.

The leisure area consists of a swimming pool next to a toilet, a large wooded garden and a barbecue.

The garage holds up to 6 cars, which can be parked on the side of the house, when entering through the gate, or on the garden lawn at the back.
