Our apartment accommodates up to 4 people in a space of 62m² and is located in a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge.

We are 600m from Brooklin station (Line 5 - Lilac) in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the south of São Paulo.

- There are no child protection screens, but the balcony has a guardrail to offer greater security to the place.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices separately, directly on site).

Upon entering the apartment, guests will have access to the first living room, which has a sofa and Smart TV and is integrated with the balcony, which has windows with shutters, a minibar and views of the city. Next door, we have another living room with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, Três Corações coffee maker, among others, as well as a dishwasher. In the suite, we have a double bed, closets and windows with blackout blinds.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, as well as heated towel rails and gas showers in the suite and guest bathroom.

We provide 2 designated parking spaces inside the building.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as a toy library, coworking space, gym and swimming pool. You will not have access to the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.
