We are 300m from Oscar Freire station (Line 2 - Yellow) and 1km from Avenida Paulista, one of the best-known tourist attractions in the city that offers attractions such as the Instituto Moreira Salles and Casa das Rosas.

- There are no child protection screens, but the balcony has a guardrail to offer greater security to the place.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the condominium entrance, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop stove, microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood, blender, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, among others, as well as a folding dining table. In the same room, there is a double bed and a desk for a home office. A balcony with blackout curtains and a glass door divides the spaces. There is a table and two chairs on it.

We also have a Smart TV, cabinets, air conditioning, oil heater and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (prices are additional, directly on site).

Guests will have free access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym and coworking space.
