Located opposite Mackenzie Presbyterian University, on Avenida da Consolação, our 42m² studio comfortably accommodates up to two people and is ideal for those looking for a great location in São Paulo, in addition to having a 24-hour in person concierge in the condominium.

The studio is just 300m from the Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway and faces the avenue, making it very quiet. Its biggest difference is the view of Parque Augusta.

- We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in the parking lot next to the building entrance.

- It is mandatory to present the PRINTED reservation form at the entrance to access the building. The Meu Anfitrião team will provide the document online for the guest to print and present.

- There are no child protection screens.

- Visits are not permitted.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

The studio is spacious and all in open concept. Right after entering the property, on the right, we have access to a kitchen with utensils and appliances necessary for a practical stay, such as stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, glasses, cutlery, bowls and pots. In the entrance cabinet, we also have a washing machine and dryer.

On the left we have a living room environment with smart TV, coffee table and sofa. We also have a support table for those who want to work on the couch. Just behind the sofa, we have a home office table that also serves as a dining table.

At the bottom of the studio, we have the ambietous room with queen bed, closet with hangers, plus blackout curtains for added comfort. The bathroom is right next door.

When entering the building, through the front door, you need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the reception with 24-hour concierge.

After passing the reception, it is necessary to take an elevator to the eighth floor. The condominium does not have a leisure area.

The Agency My Host manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.
