Our 23m² studio accommodates up to 2 people and is located in a condominium with a complete leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge.

We are located just a few meters from Allianz Parque and close to Barra Funda station, making it a great combination for those looking for easy transportation and enjoying the events, shows and games that the stadium has to offer.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- There are no child protection screens, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).

- There is work going on in front of the building, which can generate noise during the day. However, the studio's glass door is noise-proof, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.

Our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. Upon entering the space, guests will have access to a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a minibar, microwave, cooktop stove, electric coffee maker, among others. A balcony with a glass door, city views and blackout curtains divides the spaces.

We also have a bathroom with gas shower, dining table or home office, Smart TV, air conditioning and high-speed WIFI.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as: swimming pool, gym, coworking space and rooftop. You will not have access to the condominium's other leisure facilities.
