House with air conditioning and TV in Guaecá Beach

Our house on the sand accommodates up to 6 people and is located in a securely gated condominium one minute from Praia do Guaecá.

We are close to the Barequeçaba Beach Viewpoint and Morro das Sete Voltas, where it is possible to enjoy a panoramic view of the beach and the sea.

- We provide a complete layette with sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels and beach towels.

- We provide a portable crib.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house and the trail that leads to the beach, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon arriving at the house, guests will have access to the dining room and living room, which are integrated and have a dining table and chairs, sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen has the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, hood, refrigerator, oven, microwave, water filter, air fryer, among others. We have 2 suites, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds, both with curtains and electric showers.

We also have a laundry area with a washer and dryer and clothesline, hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms and high-speed WI-FI.

We provide 2 uncovered parking spaces in front of the house.

Guests will have access to all of the house's facilities.

In addition to its paradisiacal landscapes, the city is surrounded by preserved Atlantic Forest, allowing trails to see nature up close. We are located on Guaecá Beach, which is close to Barequeçaba and the center of São Sebastião, where you can find various conveniences such as markets, pharmacies, restaurants, among others.

It is possible to use vehicles to get around the city or use transport apps, such as Uber.
