Our suite accommodates up to 4 people in a 13m² space and is located in a house with shared facilities.

We are in front of Allianz Parque and 2km from the Barra-Funda subway station (Line 3 – Red, Line 7 – Ruby and Line 8 – Diamond), allowing you to enjoy all the shows and games that the stadium offers while easily getting around the city.

- The suite has a room that serves as a storage room for some of the owner's items. The owner may enter this room at specific times to collect some items, but it is possible to close the door to your suite for greater privacy.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon entering the suite, guests will have access to the bedroom area, which has a single bed, a trundle bed and a bunk bed, as well as a fan, minibar, closets and a bathroom with an electric shower.

In the courtyard, there is a barbecue area with a TV, a toilet and a laundry room. Next, there is the living area, with a sofa, a counter and chairs for dining or a home office and a TV with cable channels. The shared kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, water filter and more. The Finestra Bar is right next to the house, and you can enjoy it on days when there are football matches or concerts at Allianz Parque.

We do not have parking spaces available, but you can park in a nearby parking lot (fees apply, directly on site).

Guests will have access to Casa Finestra's common areas, such as the patio and living area.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

The Pompéia neighborhood offers a mix of main buildings, local businesses, cultural spaces and leisure options. There are also a variety of restaurants, bars and shops that add to the area's atmosphere. Pompeii is a dynamic area, attracting residents and visitors for its cultural activities, unique architecture and pulsating urban life. Furthermore, it also includes Allianz Parque, where various events and shows take place throughout the year.

We are 2km from the Barra-Funda metro, making it possible to easily get around the city using public transport. It is also possible to use transport apps, such as Uber.

Casa Finestra offers suites measuring approximately 13m² to 18m² in a shared area right in front of Allianz Parque, the hub for the most diverse football games, shows and events in São Paulo.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand for signing the seasonal rental agreement and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE or passport).

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited
