Our apartment is located in a gated community and comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.

We are in Ubatuba, 150m from Praia Grande, in addition to other attractions in the region, such as the Mirante between Praia das Toninhas and Praia Grande, making it possible to enjoy a privileged view of the sea and the Ubatuba Aquarium, to discover the most diverse species of marine animals.

The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, among others. Next door, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, sink and clothesline.

We have 2 bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and a single bed and a room with two bunk beds and a single mattress. We also have air conditioning in both bedrooms and a guest bathroom.

We provide 1 covered and marked parking space.

The guest will have access to the entire area of ​​the apartment and the condominium's rooftop with barbecue area.
