- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The value may vary according to condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- Visits are prohibited.

- Pets prohibited.

- Smoking Prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens.

- The standard voltage in the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as: swimming pool, games room, mini-market, mini-pharmacy, gym and coworking space.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (prices separately, instructions directly on site).

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- We provide 1 parking space subject to availability. The condominium's parking is rotating, meaning there is a possibility that there will be no more spaces available when you arrive at the parking lot. It is also possible to park in a nearby parking lot.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is linked to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are none, there will be no extra charges. It will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon verification of the unit.
