- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- There are no child protection screens, but the studio is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges separately, instructions directly on site).

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the condominium entrance, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon entering, guests will have a dining table and chairs at their disposal. Next, we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, among others.

We also have a large bathroom suitable for PCDs with a gas shower, as well as a Smart TV, fan and high-speed WIFI.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a parking lot close to the site.

Guests will have free access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym and coworking space.
