Located in a privileged area in Ilhabela, our 600m² house accommodates up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are suites. It has a gourmet area, garden and swimming pool.

We are close to Santa Teresa Beach and the Yatch Club, being ideal for spending quiet days with the family in Ilhabela.

- We provide bed linen, bath and pool towels.

- There are no child protection screens.

- To access the house, you need to climb around 70 steps of stairs. Therefore, we do not recommend it for the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

When parking in the garage, it is necessary to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the house.

The house can be accessed from the bedroom floor, where we have 3 suites with double beds and 1 double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom in front. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

When climbing the stairs to the first floor, the guest will have access to a living room, TV room and dining room integrated into a single environment. Next to it there is a full kitchen with the necessary utensils for the stay. In this space there is also a toilet.

Upon exiting through the living room door, we have a balcony overlooking the sea, barbecue, tables and a large garden with swimming pool.

The external space also includes an edicule with a double suite.

We provide WI-FI if you need to do a home office on the beach.

We offer 4 parking spaces.

The house is in a condominium with 5 other houses. The guest will have access to the entire area of ​​the house.

Santa Tereza is a charming neighborhood in Ilhabela, famous for its beach with clear waters and colorful canoes parked on the sand, attracting visitors in search of culture, art and gastronomy by the sea.

It is recommended to use a car to get around the island, but it is also possible to access several points in the region on foot, such as Praia de Santa Tereza.
