Our 250m² house accommodates up to 13 people in 5 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. It has a fireplace and gourmet space with barbecue and pizza oven.

Furthermore, we are 5km from the center of Capivari, the city's gastronomic and tourist center.

- Our housekeeper lives in a house at the back. If you want, you can hire her to assist you in the day-to-day of your stay (values ​​aside).

- No child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blankets.

- Small pets allowed, upon request.

Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a living room with a fireplace and sofas integrated into a dining room with a table that seats eight. Our kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils for your stay. On this ground floor, we still have three bedrooms that share a bathroom, and a laundry room with a bathroom.

Going up the stairs to the first floor, there is a mezzanine with sofas and a double suite. In addition, an attic with a table, a bunk bed and a children's bed, all of which works smoothly as a fifth bedroom.

The outdoor area has a gourmet space with a barbecue, pizza oven and a deck overlooking the garden.

We provide WI-FI for those who need to do a home office and we have 4 parking spaces.

Guests will have free access to the entire property.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Quiet and familiar neighborhood, ideal for resting days close to nature, just five minutes by car from supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.
