Located in a condominium complex, in Campos do Jordão, our 135m² newly renovated apartment is ideal for families and couples and offers comfort, tranquility and leisure.

We are close to the center following the road to Horto Florestal. At the same time that we are next to restaurants, bars and shops, we are also in the midst of nature and silence.

- There are no child safety screens.

- We provide 1 bag of firewood per stay. The rest can be purchased directly at the reception.

- We provide playing cards, poker chips, adult and children's dominoes, soccer balls, ping pong rackets and balls, and table footballs.

- You have to climb some stairs to access the property, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- The apartment has a total capacity of 8 adults. The bunk bed can accommodate 2 additional children (on request, prices apply).

The apartment is very well decorated, airy and has 4 bedrooms, all with oil heaters, 3 of which are suites, accommodating 8 people or 10 people including 2 children.

Upon entering the property, guests will have access to the living room with a sofa, fireplace, Smart TV and a balcony with a barbecue, beer cooler and a beautiful view of the araucaria trees. Integrated into the living room, you will have access to the dining room with space for everyone to sit, as well as the kitchen, which is planned and complete, with all the utensils necessary for the stay.

The mezzanine is accessed via a spiral staircase and is also integrated into the living room and gourmet balcony. In this room, we will find a round table with 4 chairs, a sofa and another Smart TV.

These 5 rooms integrate perfectly, maintaining proximity between people, even if they are in different places and occupancies.

On the upper floor, after the mezzanine room, there is a large suite for 4 people. On the ground floor, there are the other 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, and a guest bathroom. One of the suites also has a Smart TV. All TVs have cable internet and we have high-speed WI-FI.

We have up to 2 parking spaces available.

Guests may move freely around the condominium, but may not use the leisure facilities.

We are located near the center of Campos do Jordão, following the path to Horto Florestal. The region is calm and, at the same time, has bars, restaurants, pharmacies and a market.

Campos do Jordão offers several leisure and tourism options, as well as day trips around the surrounding cities.

It is possible to get around by car. If necessary, the city offers transport options by app, such as Uber.
