It is in a prime location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens in the studio, but the balcony is closed by glass windows to ensure greater safety in the area.

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for their stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, electric oven, among others, as well as a counter with a bench for meals or a home office.

A balcony with a glass door and blackout curtains separates the spaces. There is a chair and a wine cellar on it to enjoy the outdoors.

We also have air conditioning, an electric oil heater for colder days, a Smart TV and high-speed WI-FI, as well as a bathroom with an electric shower and hair dryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but you can park your car on the street in front of the building or in a paid parking lot near the property.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and market. They will not be able to use the party room.
