We accommodate up to 2 people in a double bed and are located in a gated community with 24-hour concierge and a complete leisure area.

The building is strategically located near the Campo Belo and Eucaliptos subway stations, and is 2km from Ibirapuera Shopping Mall, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows and railings to ensure greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering the space, guests will have access to a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, Nespresso coffee maker, among others.

We also have a dining table or home office with chairs, Smart TV, air conditioning, electric heater and high-speed WIFI. The bathroom has an electric shower, hair dryer and bidet.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as: gym, swimming pool, mini-market and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.
