Located in a family condominium on enseada beach in Guaruja and only 2 blocks from Enseada beach, our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 people.

The cove district is quiet and has several amenities such as restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets.

- We provide bed linen, pillows, sheets, bath towels and blankets.

- There are no child safety screens.

- We have one parking space. If the condominium is not full, you can ask the caretaker if there is another parking space available that day.

- The building does not offer beach service. We have 1 umbrella and 3 beach chairs available in the apartment.

- The condominium has only 12 apartments, so it is very quiet and family-friendly.

The apartment has 150m² is very well decorated, airy and sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, being: 1 double suite and 2 bedrooms with double bed. The beds are single box, and can be assembled individually. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The living room is very spacious with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a very bright balcony with table and chairs. In front of the living room has the dining table with chairs which can be used also for home office.

The apartment has a full kitchen with utensils needed for a stay.

In the living room and in the kitchen we have ceiling fans.

We have high-speed WIFI.

The building has elevator, our apartment is on the first floor, at the front of the building overlooking a nice garden.

Guests will have access to the entire condominium, including ground floor space with pimbolim table and ping pong.

The Agency My Host manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.

We are located 200 metres from Enseada beach and 500 metres from Pão de açúcar supermarket.

We are 2 blocks from the beach, about 200 meters and close to several shops such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and markets. Considered a noble area of Guaruja, it is an ideal place to enjoy with tranquility with the whole family. In addition, the beach has some sights such as The Lookout of Galhetas and the Fort of the Andradas.

It is possible to get around by car or also walk around the region. The city also offers app transportation options, such as Uber.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Check-in must be done by 5pm. The concierge is not open outside business hours.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- There are no child safety screens.

- Pets are prohibited.

- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

- We provide bed linen, pillows, sheets, bath towels and blankets.

- The apartment has one parking space, if the building is not occupied we can count on an additional space.

- Check-in can be done up until 5pm at the latest. After this time, a fee of R$100.00 will be charged, as we need to have someone available to receive you.

- Visits only upon prior request and sending documents to Meu Anfitrião.

- A security deposit of R$1,500.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used to cover any unforeseen events. If there is none, there will be no extra charges.
