Located in a condominium with complete leisure infrastructure and 24-hour concierge, our studio is a great option for those looking for practicality and comfort. We accommodate 3 people in a double bed in the studio and a sofa bed on the balcony. As we are on the 18th, we have a beautiful view of the city.
We are in a privileged location close to Avenida Paulista, the city center, galleries and shopping malls, making it ideal for those who want to discover more of the city while working.

The studio environment is open concept, well decorated and cozy. Accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed in the bedroom (with blackout) and a sofa bed for 1 person on the balcony (with glass and curtain without blackout).
In the same environment we have a kitchen with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, bathroom, closet, coffee table and Smart TV.
A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. On site, there is a table with a sofa and chair to make meals and a desk for home office. The space has blackout curtains for added convenience.
We also have air conditioning and high-speed WI-FI.
The condominium also has a gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor heated pools. It also has a 24-hour market, coworking and laundry facilities.
We do not have a garage, but there are parking options close to the site, paid separately.
Guests will have free access to the entire condo.
The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the information necessary for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

This building is really nice, the lap pool was amazing. I would go back and live here just for the awesome pool. Close to shopping mall and food everywhere. This is where you want to be. I thought it would be a little bigger, but solo travelers don't need that much room. The only thing I would add is more options for USB plugin, there weren't any. Just a small suggestion for this place.

Great building , and security to feel safe . Facial recognition is required so it add to the safety concerns for any foreigners traveling. Stores and shopping mall less than one block away. Building has pool , gym , computers, parking, top deck , literally anything you could asked for. Including a grocery store with food and all house hold products you may need. Also a laundry room . I will be staying at the Facto Paulista again

A localização do Stúdio é excelente, uns 15 minutos a pé da Av. Paulista e uns 20 minutos de carro dos principais locais turísticos. O prédio possui uma estrutura moderna e que supre todas as demandas de uma estadia curta ou longa, além de possuir um shopping em frente, com um ótimo supermercado.
O Stúdio possui equipamentos básicos para o dia a dia, uma boa cama, um bom chuveiro e uma vista linda de SP. Realmente não deixa a desejar em nada!
Os anfitriões foram super atenciosos e não demoraram a responder quando necessitei. Check-in e Check-out super de boa!

As fotos do apartamento correspondem ao anúncio. O suporte foi eficaz e prestativo. Embora o banheiro seja pequeno e tenha havido um odor desagradável de urina de gato, o apartamento é bem equipado e vale o valor cobrado.

Excelente custo benefício para estádia em SP. Local perfeito para uma estádia mais longa pois é possível se lavar as roupas na lavanderia, tudo confortável.

Amazing apartment in a great location with every utensil you could need. Only negative was the air conditioning unit on the balcony doesn’t pump hot air out of the apartment, and instead pumps it under the desk, making the remote work area a little useless! Other than that, it was perfect!

Very nice apartment with amazing view! Small but very comfortable and pretty.
The shower drain had a problem during my stay and I got a prompt reaction when I asked for help. Nice pool area and gym.
A coffee machine would be a nice add-on for the future :)
