Close to Santa Cecília and Marechal Deodoro stations, our 50m2 apartment is ideal for those looking for mobility and a great location.

It accommodates up to 4 people and has a full kitchen, table and WI-FI for home office and laundry area with washing machine.

- The building has a 24-hour concierge.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

Upon entering the apartment, the guest will find an integrated environment with a TV room, dining room and home office space.

In the living room we accommodate up to 2 people, 1 on a sofa bed and 1 on a single bed. The environment has blackout curtains for greater comfort.

Next to the dining room, we have a full kitchen with table and utensils needed for a practical stay. At the back, there is a service area with a sink and washing machine.

In a separate room, there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and portable air conditioning. The bathroom is opposite this room.

We do not have a parking space, however, it is possible to park in the paid parking lot next to the entrance to the building.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

The Santa Cecília neighborhood is easily accessible to other regions of São Paulo and encompasses a variety of cultural and gastronomic tourism options.

In the region you can find shops, restaurants, banks, corporate offices, pharmacies, and many cultural attractions.

Our apartment is just two blocks from the Santa Cecilia subway and three blocks from the Marechal Deodoro subway, both Linha Vermelha. Therefore, it is possible to easily move to the most diverse points of the city using only the subway.

It is also possible to easily move with apps like Uber to other regions of the city.
