It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.


- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply separately).


The studio is located on the ground floor of the condominium. The space is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for the stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and Smart TV. A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a table with chairs on site to take advantage of the outdoor environment. For a more cozy environment, we have blackout curtains in the apartment's balcony.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer, as well as high-speed WI-FI.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the party room.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- There are no child protection screens in the apartment.

A estadia foi muito boa, a localização é muito boa, tem tudo perto. Único ponto de atenção é no box do banheiro, me parece que parte da proteção que emenda as protas quebrou na parte de baixo, com isso acabava molhando o chao fora. Mas nada que desabone o apartamento. Fica destaque para a equipe de portaria/segurança foram muito atenciosos.

O apto é compacto e super interessante, super próximo de um Pão de Acúcar e também de outros restaurantes legais como o Tea Connection, o que é ótimo quando a intenção é comer algo mais saudável. A rua também é bem tranquila e cheia de árvores, o que deixa tudo bem agradável.

Vale muito a pena, mesmo!

De tudo! Ambiente é muito bom e realmente o que eu gosto é da junção dos ambientes, quarto/sala/cozinha. A área externa do apartamento no térreo me conquistou, passei 90% do tempo no apartamento lá, nos outros 10% estava dormindo rsrs.

Uma pena que a limpeza não foi a melhor possível, mas agradeço todo o suporte e atenção dada por isso. Certamente não é o que me fará deixar de visitar novamente a hospedagem!
