Located in a condominium with leisure infrastructure and 24-hour in person concierge, our studio is a great option for those looking for practicality and comfort.

It is located in a privileged location close to Beco do Batman and the Vila Madalena terminal, making it ideal for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply separately).

The studio environment is open concept and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed.

In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for the stay, bathroom, closet, desk for home office and Smart TV. A balcony with a glass door separates the spaces. There is a table with chairs on site to take advantage of the outdoor environment. For a more cozy environment, we have blackout curtains in the apartment's balcony.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, a bathroom with an electric shower and hairdryer, as well as high-speed WI-FI.

We do not provide a garage, but it is possible to park your car on the street in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot.

Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym and market. You will not be able to use the party room.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.
