Our 26m² studio accommodates up to 2 people in a queen bed. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

The building is close to the Moema subway station (Line 5 – Lilac), next to the Alvorada Hospital and 1km from Ibirapuera Park, making it a combination of leisure and practicality.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).


Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, water filter, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, among others. A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. There is a table with chairs for meals or a home office, as well as a view of the city and closing blinds.

We also have hot and cold air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and a bathroom with a gas shower.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a parking lot near the building (charges apply).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym, sauna, squash court, coworking space and games room. They will not have access to the party room.


The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, such as the manual, property rules and tips for leisure activities near the location.

Ibira by You offers fully equipped studios and is located in Moema, with a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge service in the condominium.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.

- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- No visitors.

- No pets.

- No smoking.

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is closed by glass windows, ensuring greater security to the place.

- The standard voltage of the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V sockets.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: swimming pool, gym, sauna, squash court, coworking space and games room. They will not have access to the party room.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Nossa estadia foi ótima. O flat é muito bonito , muito bem decorado, tudo novinho e impecavelmente limpo. O espaço é exatamente como descrito na plataforma e os anfitriões extremamente solícitos , gentis e rápidos pra responder. A nossa única dificuldade foi o primeiro acesso ao prédio, pois não havíamos entendido o processo, que diferente da maioria dos flats não tem reconhecimento facial. Esse contratempo não atrapalhou em nada a nossa entrada pois os atendentes foram claros e gentis. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente.
