House with gourmet balcony in Praia do Perequê

Located in a family condominium and quiet near the beach of Saco da Capela and vila, our house has 200m2 and sleeps up to 7 people in 2 suites. We also have a gourmet balcony and deck with swimming pool to add even more in leisure.

We are a few meters from the beach of Saco da Capela de mar calm and clear, with many boats and sailboats. We are also close to the village with several options of restaurants and bars.

- To access the house, it is necessary to climb 50 flights of stairs. Therefore, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- We offer bed linen and bath towels. We do not offer beach towels.

- We have a demountable baby cot, however, we do not offer bedding for him.

Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a dining room integrated with a full kitchen with utensils needed for the stay, in addition to a wood stove. On this same floor, we have a suite with 1 double bed that has door to the balcony.

Climbing a few flights of stairs, you reach a mezzanine where we have a living room with sofa, armchairs and SMART TV, plus another suite with 1 double bed and 1 treliche.

Both have air conditioning.

The outdoor area has barbecue facilities, a dining table, space with armchairs and a swimming pool overlooking the sea.

We offer WI-FI for those who need to do home office on the beach. We have 2 parking spaces.

To access the house, it is necessary to climb about 50 flights of stairs that go from the garage to the entrance through the porch. Therefore, we do not recommend it for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
