Located a few meters from Ipanema beach, our apartment is ideal place to take rest days on the seafront. Set in a family building, it has an area of 210m2 and sleeps up to 7 people in 4 cozy rooms, 2 of them suites.

The highlight of the apartment is its large space, proximity to the beach and sea views. We are in the heart of Ipanema, being possible to do many things on foot like Leblon beach, Arpoador and also take tours in The Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon.

- We offer bed linen, bath towel, blankets and beach towel.

- We accept small pets on request.

- We accept children and babies, but there are no protective screens on the windows.

Right at the entrance our guests will have access to a spacious living room with smart TV and dining room, integrated into them, we have an American kitchen has all the necessary utensils for the stay.

Sleeps up to seven people comfortably in: 2 suites, one with queen bed and the other with king bed and 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds, which can become queen and the other with a single bed, this being a little simpler in the service facilities. All rooms are air-conditioned, as well as the living room.

There are two bathrooms and 1 toilet in the hallway. All showers have gas heating. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine.

We have home office space in one of the rooms for those who want to work on the beach.

We offer a parking space with valet.
